1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing any product or service from FundedBharat, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be 18 years or older to register or purchase a challenge.
  • You agree that all the information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Nature of Services

FundedBharat provides simulated trading evaluations. Our service is for educational and assessment purposes only. Passing the evaluation may lead to an opportunity to earn performance-based rewards under a separate contract, but no real capital is ever traded by the user.

4. Challenge Structure

Each challenge includes:

  • Phase 1: Reach 10% reward target with risk limits.
  • Phase 2: Reach 5% reward target with same risk rules.
  • Max Drawdown: 5% from starting balance.
  • Daily Drawdown: 2% from start-of-day balance.

If any rule is violated, your account is considered failed and you must repurchase a new challenge.

5. Trading Rules

  • No Martingale, Grid, or Arbitrage strategies allowed.
  • No news trading allowed within 1 minute before or after high-impact news.
  • No copy trading or account sharing permitted.
  • All trades must be placed by the user only.

Violating these rules can result in immediate disqualification or account termination.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases for our evaluation service are non-refundable, regardless of performance, failure due to rule violation, or non-usage. By purchasing a challenge, you agree to this strict no-refund policy.

7. Rewards and Funded Accounts

Upon successful completion of all evaluation phases:

  • You may be offered a contract to manage a simulated funded account, which remains a virtual environment at all times.
  • Rewards, if applicable, are based on positive simulated performance and are subject to our internal review and the terms of your contract. These are not trading rewards but a reward for demonstrating skill.
  • FundedBharat reserves the right to request KYC verification before issuing any performance-based rewards.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, designs, logos, and texts on fundedbharat.com are the intellectual property of FundedBharat and cannot be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

FundedBharat is not liable for:

  • Any perceived trading losses or psychological harm due to simulated trading.
  • Platform downtimes, broker execution issues, or third-party service failures.
  • Misuse of accounts or violation of rules by the user.

FundedBharat provides simulated educational services only and does not operate as a SEBI-registered broker or investment advisor.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account without refund if:

  • Any rule is violated.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Abusive or threatening behavior is exhibited toward staff.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updated terms.
